Lynda Arthur

Co-Founder & Partner

Lynda Arthur is a Pharmacist and Public Health Expert with extensive experience in clinical practice, health systems strengthening, research, and strategic leadership across both public and private sectors.

She began her career in the United Kingdom with the National Health Service (NHS), where she developed strong clinical and operational expertise. She later returned to Ghana and founded and managed several pharmacies, contributing to improved access to essential medicines and community healthcare services.

Lynda has led and supported high-impact public health initiatives. She directed the implementation of an Access and Affordability Research Project in Ghana funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and has successfully developed grant proposals that mobilized funding for public health programmes in collaboration with the Government of Ghana.

She spent ten years at Johnson & Johnson, where she served as Lead Negotiator for COVID-19 vaccine procurement for Africa and CARICOM countries, managing agreements valued at approximately $1.6 billion and contributing to equitable access during the pandemic.

Earlier, she founded Health Foundation Ghana, publishers of the widely recognized Health Digest, promoting health education and advocacy.

Lynda is a Co-Founder and Partner at StratAxis IBC Ltd, where she brings expertise in healthcare, entrepreneurship, strategy, and data analytics.

She holds degrees from King’s College London, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and Lancaster University.

Kormi Courage (KC) Amese

Co-Founder & Partner

Kormi Courage (KC) Amese is a distinguished Serial Entrepreneur, International Business Consultant, Doctoral Candidate, and Philanthropist. With a diverse portfolio spanning multiple industries including Advertising, IT, Energy, Construction,Agriculture, and Logistics, KC has garnered two decades of experience in founding and managing numerous SMEs.

Transitioning into consultancy, KC has evolved into a seasoned professional, bringing his wealth of entrepreneurial expertise to his role as a Bilingual Partner at StratAxis IBC. As a Senior Consultant, he possesses extensive proficiency in Deal Advisory, Capital Raising, and Business & Project Development. He has successfully executed deals, developed projects, and raised funds for initiatives spanning the African continent.

KC holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Publishing Studies from KNUST, complemented by an MBA in Finance from Lancaster University – UK. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Data Analytics. His research focus revolves around developing alternative financing models with open data for SMEs in Africa. Additionally, he possesses several professional certificates in French, Finance, Consulting, Data Analytics, Energy, and Chinese.

Driven by a profound passion for entrepreneurial ventures, KC’s philanthropic endeavors include funding and mentoring selected young entrepreneurs in Ghana. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, he was awarded the Most Outstanding Alumni Entrepreneur in 2017 by his alma mater – KNUST. He is also honored as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International. Beyond his professional pursuits, KC enjoys golfing and is an active member of the Achimota Golf Club.
